Thomas Mollo is a British painter working from a studio in Norfolk.
His paintings are not representations of specific places or species, but imagined forms and landscapes shaped by memory, atmosphere and feeling.
“I am hugely fortunate to work in Breckland Norfolk which is a singular landscape: part heathland, part forest, part farmland.
There is something uniquely raw and spiritual about it.
It provides limitless possibility for a painter. Returning to art in this landscape has allowed me to rediscover the joy of making things, of expressing something deeply personal, and to relearn what it is to feel fully alive.”
